Nice apartment dont hesitate to book it

The apartment is new and modern with nice decoration. it was clean and well organised. It has parking with security lock and also the building has security lock. It was comfortable and in a nice location where there is bakery next to it to eat breakfast, pharmacy, restaurants and shops nearby. Also the host is very freindly and always respond to our requests. We had a pleasant stay and will stay again whenever we visit bad neuenahr

It may need and ac in hot weather but during our stay the weather was nice and we didnt feel hot I think in germany its managable without ac. Also suggestion to add some coffee, tea and sugar but for us it was not an issue

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel mit unserer Familie in Bad Neuenahr verbracht und uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Wir waren sieben Personen und hatten die Apartments 1 und 4. Beide Apartments waren sehr geräumig, sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration waren modern und geschmackvoll. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Besonders praktisch war der Aufzug, der einem weniger mobilen Familienmitglied den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind an der Unterkunft vorhanden, und selbst bei voller Belegung gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus und in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung war größer, als es auf den Fotos wirkt, sehr modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Die Couch und die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top: fast direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Bäckerei, Restaurants sind auch fußläufig erreichbar und die Ahr erreicht man schnell. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Perfekte Lage, zentral, und sehr gute Infrastruktur. Bäcker und Restaurants nebenan, fussläufig zum Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle. Modernes Apartment mit 2 Badezimmern und großem Wohnzimmer und Küche

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat leider nur ein 1,40 Bett, für zwei Freundinnen war es eng und nicht trennbar Man kann aber auch im Wohnzimmer schlafen

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr komfortabel,sehr gemütlich,extrem sauber und eine optimale Lage.Es gab zudem noch einen sicher abschliessbaren Stellplatz , sowohl für das Auto als auch für die Fahrräder. Viele gute Restaurants und tolle Ausflugsziele.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
