A great modern apartment in a lovely town with very reasonable rates.

This is a great upstairs apartment, very attractively decorated and all very new. It is very centrally located in the town, which looked like a really characterful place with cobbled streets and nice cafes to sit out in. The apartment had everything we needed, although we were only there very briefly, as this was a stopover for us on our way further into Germany. The parking place was in a secure, locked garage, which was great because we were able to leave most of our bags in the car and know that they would be safe.

One member of the family had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bed was comfortable, but there was only a voile 'curtain', so the light streamed in in the morning. Eye masks are a must. Also, it's good to be aware that the parking is a 5 minute walk away from the place, which is a bit of a hassle. And another thing to be aware of is the local city tourist tax, 2 euros per person per night, which needs to be paid in cash. This is nothing to do with the owner, but it is worth knowing. Finally, we arrived late at night and could have done with a slightly more detailed description of how to get in. We couldn't see a clear number or sign on the outside gate and didn't realise that the flat was through the gate and then up an outside staircase (perhaps I didn't read the instructions carefully enough - but it would have been helpful to have a few more details).

Alles Problemlos und einfacher und guter kontakt zum Vermieter

Alles soweit top ,modern und Neu . Alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden . Wenige Minuten zum Zentrum Ahrweiler . Parkplätze ein wenig entfernt aber dafür kostenlos .

Separate Toilette bei 6 Personen wäre gut , so ist die Wohnung besser nur für 4 Personen geeignet .

Als ik ooit weer in het Ahrdal ben logeer ik ZEKER weer bij FEWO Anke!

Super modern, schoon en van werkelijk alle gemakken voorzien appartement wat ook nog eens heel dicht in het centrum ligt. Daarbij ook nog een plek in de overdekte parkeergarage voor de auto.Absoluut top dus!

Wat mij betreft echt niets. Zelfs de prijs was heel redelijk.

Gemütliche, toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Balkon, sehr sauber, ruhig und doch in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone. Netter, problemloser Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
