• Prime location & short distances: The accommodations are located just about 500 meters from the historic town center. The medieval old town of Ahrweiler is practically right on your doorstep and invites you to relax, stroll, and shop.
• Ideal starting point: Right from the apartment, you can set out on numerous bike rides or hikes through the vineyards and the Ahr Valley.
• Plenty of space & comfort: The apartment combines a modern, comfortable interior with a cozy atmosphere. Two separate, cozy bedrooms offer plenty of space for couples or friends.

Amenities and details of our vacation rental Our light-filled apartment offers you everything your heart desires in a spacious setting. All rooms can be completely darkened with roller shades for a restful night’s sleep or to block out the sun.

• Living Area: Large, luxurious genuine leather corner sofa with adjustable seats for maximum comfort. An additional, cozy armchair invites you to read.
• Entertainment and Leisure: Flat-screen TV, a selection of magazines, and a collection of games for social evenings.
• Dining: A modern, inviting dining area with a cozy upholstered bench and matching chairs.
• Ambience: The entire apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated, so you’ll feel right at home.
Bedroom 1 (The Master Bedroom)
• Comfortable double bed (standard size) for restful nights.
• Two nightstands, each with a stylish bedside lamp on either side of the bed.

• A full set of dishes, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils.
• A vacuum cleaner is also available for quick cleanups in between.
Bathroom (your wellness oasis)

On-site charges: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €0.80 for children and €2.00 for adults per person per night will be charged additionally on site.
