The place is modern and spacious, clean, and organized. Check-in was simple, and the receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed it and would definitely return. Leila (Brazilian) was especially helpful.

Perfect for a short city break

The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. It had all the amenities you needed for a short city stay.

The location of the property was far from the main attractions but close to a metro station and good if going to a concert at the Stade de France. The only thing we noticed that was missing in the room was a hand towel but apart from that, the rest was perfect.

good for concerts/matches on Stade de France

at the time we stayed, the hotel was quite new so everything was good

maybe the area is not very friendly(full of imigrants) for families, but in the meantime is very close to the metro station.Overall is quite facile

I recommend it, I’d book it again next time I’m in Paris

It was very convenient to have a supermarket and a boulangerie just meters away. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's design and decoration were beautiful. They bed was very nice, the towels and bedding were clean and good quality and very good hair dryers available in reception. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. It's two blocks away from the metro stop.

The room was a bit small, but for Paris standards, I think it was good! The location was a bit odd, as you have to walk under a bridge to get there from the public transportation stops. However, nothing bad happened, perhaps it was just my perception.

The hotel is very accessible, located near public transportations (bus, tram, metro), there a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They clean the room everyday and our stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend the place.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel für ein paar Tage sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Kostenloses Upgrade auf ein ruhigeres und größeres Zimmer

Toilettenpapier ging aus und wir mussten 2 mal an die Rezeption um welches zu bekommen. Das erste Mal waren wir auf den Weg nach draußen und haben es dem Reptionist mitgeteilt auf English das er dieses doch bitte auffüllen soll. Dem wurde nicht nach gegangen, somit mussten wir nach der Rückkehr noch mal an die Rezeption um dieses zu holen.

Preis-Leistung Sieger, renovierte Zimmer, sehr sauber.

Alles war einwandfrei, sauber und gut gelegen. Metro 7min Fußweg und Zimmer war renoviert.

Gegend ist nicht die allerbeste, aber auch nicht soo wild. Als Mann fand ich es zu keinem Zeitpunkt unangenehm. Aber für alleinreisende Frau, vielleicht etwas beängstigend. Aber nicht unsicher.

Pech mit unserem Aufenthalt

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand und es sind nur 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metrostation.

Die Gegend ist nicht die Beste. Das Internet war die ersten zwei Tage gar nicht und danach kaum zu gebrauchen. Am dritten Tag hat jemand im zentralen Klimaanlagensystem die Kühlung abgeschaltet. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir die Situation bei der Rezeption klären und danach ging die Kühlung auch wieder. Leider hatten wir in derselben Nacht sehr laute Nachbarn die ab 4 Uhr morgens im Innenhof gequatscht und teilweise gebrüllt haben. Vom Hotelpersonal hat wohl keiner etwas mitbekommen. Mit mussten den Gästen selbst sagen, dass sie bitte leiser sprechen sollen.

スタッフ。特に受付マネージャーのポールさん。少し日本語ができる。英語、フランス語、日本語ちゃんぽんでコミュニケーションした。彼の人に寄り添う対応はとても良かった。初パリで完全不案内で不安も大きい私を駅まで迎えに来てくれた。嬉しかったし、ありがたかった。もしBooking.comベストスタッフなどというのがあったらこのポールさんを推薦したい。その他の点としては、ペットボトルに作った飲料を凍らせたいと希望を述べたら快くやってくれた。冷やして保管したい飲料をホテルの冷蔵庫に入れさせてもらえた。シングルルームのベッドがセミダブルくらいあり手足を伸ばして眠れた。部屋に湯沸かしポットがある。冷蔵庫はない。メトロの始発・終点となるクリニャンクール駅がアクセス駅なので、500m余りは歩くが、わかりやすいと言えばわかりやすい。ホテルの出入口を右に出て角を曲がってすぐのところにパン屋さんがある。ここのクロワッサンがとても美味しい。サンドイッチ類も豊富。飲み物も買える。

地上階のシングルルームを用意してもらったところ、毎日アリが入ってきた。部屋の中には持ち物を掛ける、ぶら下げる場所はそれなりにあったが「置く」場所は少なかった。ドイツと異なり朝食に野菜やハム類はない。チーズは１個のカマンベールを客どうしが切り分けて食べる。ミニクロワッサンとミニバゲット、ジュース類、ミュースリ、コーヒー、果物など。ドイツで旅をした人から見ると、どちらかと言えば質素な方だろうか。ミニバゲットを客どうしが切り分けて食べた。このパンを切るときは、掴むために布かナプキンかなにかでパンをくるんであったら良かったのだが...。そうでないと、自分が自分以外の人が素手で掴んだ部分を食べなくてはならなくなってしまうので、その点は衛生面で問題があると思う。クリニャンクール駅はたしかに暗くなってきたら治安の面からして用心したほうがよいと思う。

Sauber und wenn man von der Gegend absieht ist das für1-2 Nächte völlig ok.

Neu, sauber, Klimaanlage. Kann das Hotel empfehlen wenn man kein Problem mit der Gegend hat (die Metro in der Nähe sollten Touristen abends und nachts meiden) und schnell in Montmartre sein will. Wer Berlin-Neukölln oder andere Großstädte kennt wird klarkommen.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss etwas dunkel, Dusche im Zimmer. Für eine Nacht aber kein Problem. Der Weg von der Metro zum Hotel ist eher gruselig: viel Obdachlosigkeit und Drogenhandel sowie sehr dreckig. Direkt bei der Unterkunft ist es ok.

Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour s’est bien passé. La chambre est bien équipée et le personnel est disponible.

Le seul petit bémol concerne le bruit : si vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée, vous entendez facilement les allées et venues à l’extérieur ainsi que les pas des personnes à l’étage supérieur.

O hotel é simplesmente novinho, limpo e a equipe extremamente prestativa e gentil. Nosso quarto era para 3 pessoas e o tamanho do quarto era excelente para padrões de Paris. Ele fica na margem do 18th Arrondissement, mas transporte não é um problema. Tem estação de metro a 5 minutos caminhando e ônibus a 3 minutos caminhando. Por não ser nos arrondissement o custo benefício é altíssimo - na nossa opinião. Super recomendo! Obs: tem ar condicionado

Polecamy każdemu, bo naprawdę warto skorzystać z oferty tego hotelu!

Życzliwi pracownicy. Obsługa pomocna. Możliwy kontakt po angielsku. Pokoje czyste. Łóżka wygodne. Ręczniki zmieniane nawet częściej niż chcieliśmy. Obok tani sklep spożywczy czynny do północy, a także całodobowa piekarnia. Metro i tramwaj 5 minut piechotą. Jeszcze bliżej autobusy.

Śniadania mało różnorodne pomiędzy poszczególnymi dniami pobytu (przynajmniej jak na nasze polskie przyzwyczajenia). Ale energetycznie wystarczały (przy upałach nawet na cały dzień intensywnego zwiedzania).

Fantastico

Le camere sono arredate perfettamente, sono pulitissime, il bagno ha il water in un locale separato rispetto a doccia e lavandino. La doccia aveva due cipolle, l’acqua usciva benissimo e si poteva gestire perfettamente, decidendo anche se usare la cipolla piccola oppure quella grande dall’alto. Lo staff è FANTASTICO, persone gentilissime e cordiali, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e l’ultimo giorno recuperarlo quando ci era più comodo senza costi aggiuntivi. Vicinissimo, a 3 minuti a piedi c’è una pasticceria dove facevano sempre colazione, Maison Villeirs, prezzi giusti e cibo buonissimo. Sotto proprio l’hotel invece c’è un’altra Boulangerie non bella ma che ha le bottiglie d’acqua grandi a 1 euro e 50.

L’hotel è vicinissimo alla metro che porta nel centro, purtroppo la gente che si trova per strada non è della migliore. Peccato altrimenti non avrebbe avuto alcun difetto.

Bon rapport qualité/prix et personnel très professionnel et sympathique

La chambre était conforme aux photos, propre, calme, et avec une bonne literie. Le personnel était très professionnel et sympathique: autant la personne de l'accueil, le vigile lorsque je suis rentré de dîner et la femme de ménage le lendemain matin. Je reviendrai.
