Location and staff
No AC but being able to open the windows helped

The location was central and accessable to the areas that we needed, so walking the city and getting to public transport was easy.
The sixe of the room was very small. The lift was pokey. It had a weight restriction - as all lifts do - but how you would meet that restriction I don´t know, because only two people could fit in the lift at one time and luggage had to go separately.

I love the staff. They are kind and welcoming and do everything they can to make you enjoy your stay.
Wish they had air conditioning for those blistering summer days.

Close to where we wanted
Tiny. Elevator insanely small, stairs a danger .
