    Excellent location close to Montmatre and bakeries and bars. Room is quite basic but has nice french windows and comfortable bed to use. Staff are friendly polite and helpful.

    We had a fantastic stay at Eden Hotel, owners so helpful can’t do enough for you. Offering of Tea, Coffee, biscuits etc in reception area day/nite. Got into our room ahead of time which we appreciated. Hotel room was spotless, very comfy bed. Very good value for price & Location. Would return again.

    I would recommend this place for the money I paid it was okay. There were some great restaurants nearby with a lot of stores close by for water and snacks. I am not so sure about the area, I felt safe although it didn’t look too safe. Onto the hotel itself. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel does not have air conditioning and unfortunately we came to Paris with two days left of the heatwave (July 15-21, 2026). The heat was torture so we opened the windows to try to keep cool at night but then the cigarette smell wafts in. The elevator didn’t work well because on floor 0, the door never shut all the way unless someone pushed it shut from the outside. We were on the 6th floor. Going down wasn’t an issue as that door closed without issues. So would I stay here again, probably not. Do I regret staying here? Not really. This was a last minute book since I accidently booked wrong dates at a different hotel and they were sold out for July date that I was in Paris.
