The staff were very courteous and helpful. When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for
Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay.

It s an hostel so don’t expect something to good to be true.
The room was Small and I had a nice View . I felt safe and the place was clean . It s fonctionnal .

The 24 hour front desk staff is very helpful and the staff are very professional and helpful.
