Worst hotel experience ever – they left me stranded at midnight
Nothing is good here
This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful hotel I have ever dealt with. My reservation was fully confirmed, yet when I arrived at midnight, they refused to let me in without any explanation. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unhelpful.
I was left alone on the street in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel by myself. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior for a place that calls itself a hotel.
They took my money and didn’t provide any service — a total scam. I will report this incident to every possible platform until my refund is issued.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. They don’t deserve to be on Booking.com.

Don’t stay here. Seriously!
The location is good: near Montmartre and Chateau Rouge metro station. Rue de Romey is a interesting place to eat and walk.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I had three pieces of luggage and had to climb six floors, which was extremely difficult. The common areas are dirty and smell of cigarettes and alcohol, and one day I even saw a homeless man entering the hotel. The rooms are very small, and you can’t take a shower without getting the whole room wet—or even the bed. Really bad place.

Établissement à fuir ! Même pour une seule nuit. L’hôtel est horrible, et même le quartier pour y accéder depuis la garde de l’Est est détestable. Très peu de point positif voir zéro.
Établissement sale, avec des traces sur les murs. Les draps sont troués et sales ! Une honte ! J’ai dormi tout habillé. Pas de savon pour se laver les mains, une sale de bain sale également. Le chelem c’est la chambre qui empeste la fumée de cigarette au 6ème étage malgré l’aération toute la journée, une horreur. Même pour une seule nuit je déconseille de réserver cet établissement !

Hotel conveniente per i vari collegamenti con i mezzi e vicino ad alcune zone turistiche da visitare. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se non sempre veloce nel fare le cose.
La pulizia manca proprio, sia nelle piccole cose come la coperta sopra al letto macchiata di qualcosa di strano, i cuscini senza fodere e tutto ingialliti. Il bagno e la tenda nella doccia, che per potersi lavare schizzava da per tutto. Abbiamo chiesto le asciugamani, incluse nella descrizione dei servizi, c'è l'hanno portate dopo le 22 il primo giorno e mai più il secondo.

Mieux que passer la nuit dehors
Matelas ferme. Le personnel était souriant.
J'ai dû réserver une chambre le soir même en raison d'un problème de train. J'ai payé TRÈS cher. Beaucoup plus cher que les tarifs affichés dans le hall. Le personnel ne parle pas français. Le code Wi-Fi ne m'a pas été donné. La chambre a été faite dans la précipitations après mon arrivée. Les draps sentaient mauvais (renfermé ? lessive bon marché ? insecticide ?). Le matin, je ne savais pas où rendre la clé. Un cafard se promenait dans la chambre.

Établissement insalubre en raison de dechet sous le lit à l'arrivée , des prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas . L'eau chaude à fonctionner pour la moitié d'une première douche .
Ménage non fait , insécurité de la chambre n'empechant pas le verrouillage intérieur avec chaîne au besoin .

Une grosse dispute entre un client et l'agent d'accueil, j'ai cru qu'ils allaient se battre.
Il a fallu réclamer à plusieurs reprises le coussin et mon époux s'est fait hurler dessus ( en rentrant nous coucher nous n'avions toujours pas de coussin). Impossible d'avoir des housses de coussins. Ils ont ouvert une espèce de réserve pour les draps et le coussin, tout était au sol, les draps ont été ramassés du sol.
Pas de poubelle dans les chambres ( j'ai gardé mes déchets mais certains clients les jetaient devant la porte de leur chambre)
Insalubrité des lieux.
Les autres hôtels étaient complets, nous serions partis sinon.
J'avais l'impression d'être tombée dans un "coupe gorge". Bref c'était angoissant

Todo sucio, un olor a cigarrillo intoxicante que salimos con dolor de cabeza, el de la recepción duerme ahí en una cama a la vista de todos,el baño sucio , chico, duchador de mano imposible de acomodar fijo en algún lugar, el agua de la ducha inundaba el baño. Te dan las toallas en la mano cuando llegas y tuvimos que subir 3 pisos x una escalera diminuta

Allora ragazzi sicuramente farò una recensione controtendenza ma questo hotel non merita un punteggio negativo.
Innanzitutto partiamo col dire che già da solo si classifica come una stella quindi se vi aspettate di trovare una struttura a 5 stelle dovete alzare il budget ed andare da un'altra parte. Tutto il complesso è gestito da un'idea di cultura che si avvicina un po' al Bangladesh e meno Europea. Siamo stati accolti in modo molto caloroso con tanto di caffè offerto. Il proprietario è disponibile , sorridente come i suoi collaboratori. La stanza era in ordine pulita e profumata gli spazi purtroppo sono molto stretti essendo una struttura abbastanza datata. Il pavimento in legno delle scale di accesso e di tutta la stanza nascondono qualche scarafaggio di troppo, sicuramente non giustificabile ma c'era da aspettarselo. La reception è aperta 24h dove un simpatico signore viene ad aprirti la porta personalmente ogni volta che rientri(anche a notte fonda).
Per il resto l'albergo è collegato praticamente a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, sei a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal Moulin rouge a 5 minuti forse anche meno dall'ingresso della metro 4, hai un Carrefour sotto casa una farmacia e di fronte una fermata dell'autobus (non ricordo la linea). La strada è piena di locali per bere e mangiare
La zona è tranquilla niente fattoni, o situazioni strane, si può uscire tranquillamente a piedi di notte senza particolari accortezze.
Conclusione: consigliato solo se si ha un po' di spirito di adattamento, poche pretese e si utilizza l'alloggio principalmente come giaciglio per la notte.
