Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and conveniently located for Metro and Gare du Nord. Only downside was carrying my luggage up 5 floors, but receptionist helped me bring it down when I left.

The winding stairs are not easy with luggage, but this was the only down side.
Staff were attentive and breakfast was well organised and sufficient.
I left my iPad in my room and the hotel managed to reunite me with it - even though they had to post it twice!!

We booked the Silver View room but it looks like they put us in the Comfort Room instead. There was unfortunately no fridge.
