This is an apartment with exceptional value for money. The rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms both have small balconies. Both bedrooms face away from the street, so they are very quiet.
Right outside the building there is a tram stop, and the metro station is only a two- or three-minute walk away. The apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary facilities and supplies. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby, making everything very accessible.
The host is extremely thoughtful and friendly. Among apartments in the same price range, this is probably one of the best in terms of overall quality and comfort.

We had a pleasant stay at Zio Mike's apartment. It is very easy to get to the center, because it is close to the metro. Spacious, roomy enough (we were 3 people), well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice balcony, overlooking the front yard of the property, nice for morning coffee. We will be happy to come back if we have the chance.
