Everything about the property was amazing and the communication with thr booking agent brilliant
Outside view incredible - Saw buck, caracal and amazing bird life in the bush area next to the property
Ice machine was a total winner
Holiday with teenagers having to keep quiet due to residents but totally understandable
No fans or aircon in bedrooms

Great location with magnificent views of Table mountain and Robin Island similationously, however Blouberg Winds are very rough, hence not able to use the braai facility and at times, the roof also sounded like it was reaching take off mode.
1. Aircon discharge pipe leaked inside hence we didn't use AC.
2. Sliding door key was not located in unit, hence door was unlocked.
3. Sliding door wheels need to be replaced as it was not sliding as designed too, freely.

The apartment is clean and new. The apartment is located next to a small shopping center with a supermarket and restaurants. The beach is very close.
The owner cleaned the apartment while we were there, and the apartment manager was helpful. Security is excellent.
