About this house rental
The Cape Beach House is located directly on the beach at Woodbridge Iceland. Woodbridge Iceland is a peninsula that removes Cape Town is 8 km from the city center. From every room of the two stories you have sea views. In addition, the house has a swimming pool, a large kitchen and a garage. The direct views of Table Mountain, Table Bay and Cape Town city is breathtaking.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds or a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. If an extra room is needed, it is possible to rent this.
On request we also have another apartment for max. 4 persons for rent!
Woodbridge Iceland has its own driveway with gate control!
The Cape Beach House has a direct path to Milnerton beach which is perfect for swimming and guarded in the summer months by lifeguards. The house has furthermore also a private swimming pool.
If you're also still interested in water sports, the Cape Beach House is the right choice, because only a few meters from the house is one of the best spots for windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing. An 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig, gleichzeitig sehr nahe zur Stadt.
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und den tollen Ausblick immer wieder genossen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr nett und auch sehr hilfreich.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Also ich kann auch nur sagen, dass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren und eine tolle Zeit im Cape Beach House hatten. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand, sauber und alles da, was man so zum Kochen und Leben braucht. Sogar ein Grill gibt es, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist echt der hammer… Blick auf Strand, Tafelberg und Stadt, besser geht es echt nicht! Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei weitere Zimmer, was perfekt für Gruppenurlaube ist. Die obere Etage bietet genug Platz für gesellige Abende. Es gibt zudem einen Pool, für die, denen das Meer zu kalt ist. Auch abends haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da das Haus auf einer gesicherten Insel liegt. Ideal also auch für Familien mit Kindern. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub in Kapstadt!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Urlaub mit meinen Freunden in Kapstadt. Das Wetter war ausserordentlich gut fuer den Winter hier und jeden Morgen zum Rauschen der Wellen und mit diesem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und den Tafelberg aufzuwachen war einfach traumhaft! Das Meer war wirklich nur ein paar Meter entfernt... perfekt fuer meine Surferfreunde, die sich einfach nur ihr Board schnappen mussten und schon loslegen konnten.
Wir waren 5 Leute und das Haus war ideal fuer uns. Wir hatten ein paar entspannte Grillabende am grossen Balkon bei einem wundervollen Sonnenuntergang.
Ich war schon einige Male in Kapstadt und trotzdem positiv überrascht: Man ist hier in einer ruhigen und sehr sicheren Gegend und trotzdem in nur wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Beim nächsten Kapstadt-Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
