About this house rental
Located in quiet residential area. Luxurious, spacious and very comfy. Open plan house with 5 bedrooms. 5 mins walk to the lake nearby, enjoy bird watching, fishing or jogging. Beach is about 15mins walk away. My Citi bus public transport close by. Great base to explore Cape Town.
Comfy, spacious and luxury. The house is very open, with open plan kitchen connecting the dining room and indoor entertainment room.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities including dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Full laundry facility including washing machine and tumble dryer.
Indoor build in BBQ facility in the entertainment room. Us South African love our braai (BBQ), so we made sure you can do it even it is raining outside.
Swimming pool with lovely decking around, outdoor couches. Have a drink, relax and enjoy an outdoor BBQ with family and friends around the pool area.
There are five bedrooms in total. Two of them have on suite bathroom. The bedrooms with king bed and queen bed have direct access to the decking area around the pool.
The property has a full alarm system installed.
The house is wheelchair accessible.

There are two nearby golf courses.
The nearest supermarket is 5 mins walk away. There is also a quite big mall with shops, restaurants and a cinema nearby.

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis. We verbleven er met ons complete gezin en wat een ruimte was er voor ons allen: de mooie slaapkamers, de luxe badkamers, het heerlijke buitengedeelte met zwembad: alles was even mooi en leuk!
