About this house rental
Spectacular house with private garden 15 minutes from the center of Oviedo. You can enjoy a rural environment with the proximity of the city. It includes a removable pool in summer and parking areas around it for several cars.
With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this renovated space you will feel at home.
As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa, TV, and a dining area for 6 people.
- Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- 3 bedrooms with double beds. One of them includes a work area, and another is en suite with a private bathroom and shower.
- A living room with sofa bed and TV.
- Another bathroom with shower.
- A 50 square meter attic.
In addition, the house is connected with Wifi. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
