La ubicación, limpieza y la comodidad del apartamento, a pesar de ser un 3° sin ascensor ( que ya sabíamos ) Las camas también muy comidas. Además la comunicación para cualquier gestión fue muy fácil y rápida por email o teléfono.
El ruido de la calle por las noches, ya que hay locales con terrazas justo debajo y había que tener las ventanas abiertas por por el calor. También hubo algún problema de ruidos con un grupo de jóvenes alojados en otros apartamentos y que no respetaban las horas de descanso. Pero gente poco cívica se encuentra uno a menudo en cualquier sitio. Hubo un problema con la ducha del aseo el primer día, pero como teníamos otra y era fin de semana, no dimos el aviso hasta pasados unos días y enviaron rápidamente a una persona para solucionarlo.
