An absolutely fantastic spot on the edge of Gijon. The old cider factory building is being turned into a mini-hotel. The large, comfortable room, with its rustic décor, the equiped shared kitchen, and the beautiful green gardens with lawns, with their cosy armchairs and tables – everything is beyond praise. It’s very cosy, quiet and feels like you're in the forest. The breakfasts are really delicious. Elena is very friendly and hospitality, and always makes people feel welcome. We spent some wonderful days there and celebrated our wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang über schöne und große Zimmer und Bad (allerdings mit Dachfenster, also keine Aussicht), schöner Aussenbereich und Gemeinschaftsräume mit Getränkeangebot und ein Top-Parkplatz bis zum reichhaltigen und leckeren Frühstück ein wirklich perfekter Aufenthalt. Elena hat uns viele Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente espectacular porque el lugar así lo es, y Elena y Sergio, en todo momento fueron muy amables, atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con recomendaciones de las zonas. Gracias por vuestra cordialidad. Y el alojamiento es incluso mejor que en las fotos, cuidando cualquier tipo de detalles.

The breakfast was varied, the owner very attentive

The photos and descriptions of the property made it seem that it was out in the countryside and very quiet. Perhaps it was once in its day before Gijon started growing , but today it is adjacent to an industrial area and surrounded by homes which host parties when there are festivities or other reasons for celebrating such as birthdays, etc. and when this coincides with your visit, it can get very noisy.
