Íbamos a jugar al golf, y lo que más me gustó es la ubicación está cerca de todo, supermercados, cafeterías, bancos...si no quieres mover el coche tienes todo a un paso.

Txema y su madre fueron muy amables cuando nos recibieron. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en el piso, estaba en una zona muy tranquila y dentro del piso no había nada de ruido, era genial para descansar. Tuvimos muy buena temperatura dentro del piso, ya que Txema nos dejó una temperatura ideal para no pasar frío. El piso está muy completo, limpio y es acogedor. No está en el centro, pero teníamos coche y no supuso problema alguno, de hecho nos gustó la zona por lo tranquila que era y el fácil acceso a autovía para visitar otras zonas de la provincia. Desde luego repetiría sin duda en futuras visitas a Gijón, que además es una ciudad que nos encanta.
Respecto al aparcamiento por la zona, nosotros siempre encontramos algún hueco libre donde aparcar.

The owner Txema is a great host and very thoughtful. He will tell you all about things to see and do in Gijon, and the best places to eat. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and we liked the traditional style of the decor. It feels like you're stopping in the real Spain. The garage parking is very reasonable for 5 euros per day.
The guest cannot turn up the heating themselves, only down. You need to message the owner if you want the heating turned higher, and we felt this was a little inconvenient, and also that we would be disturbing them later in the evening. There is hardly any street parking in the area, so if you have a car then you should definitely consider paying the extra for the garage parking. It's a very short walk from the apartment.
