El apartamento es muy cómodo, moderno y está bien equipado. Cuenta con plaza de garaje dentro del edificio. La zona es tranquila pero dispone de todos los servicios necesarios.
La limpieza es mejorable. Echamos en falta alguna balda o estante para dejar los artículos de aseo en el baño.
