Tiene lo básico para una estancia corta. Aunque echamos en falta algunas cosas.
Es una pena que ni el acceso, ni el piso se adapten a personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. No hay ascensor y los tramos de escalera no tienen pasamanos en todo el recorrido. El piso solo dispone de barra con taburetes altos y el baño es muy pequeño. Echamos en falta una pequeña mesa donde poder poner un vaso/copa delante del sofá.

Es una zona tranquila y sobre todo que tuviese parking, en Gijón es muy difícil aparcar aunque sea en el barrio como donde está el alojamiento.
Está un poco alejado del centro, pero hay líneas de bus que pasan con frecuencia.

El apartamento super limpio , las camas super confortables , teniamos lo esencial para quedar ahi y todo funcionaba bien , cerca de una calle con tiendas , cafes y un parque ahi cerca .
El aparkamiento es lejos del piso , y el piso era demasiado frio , deberian poner unos calentadores mayores para calientar las habitaciones, el termo del agua caliente es pequeño , que quedamos sin agua caliente una vez . Fuera eso , todo perfecto

Apartamento muy limpio y práctico, muy bien ubicado. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento a 5 minutos andando. Camas cómodas. La atención y detalles de Silvia nos gustaron mucho.
Algo de frío al llegar, pero encendimos radiadores y se solucionó.
