Appartamento davvero grazioso in pieno centro, parcheggio sotterraneo per la moto perfetto. Tutto molto funzionale. Ad 1 minuto dal centro.

La situación es genial no tienes que mover el coche

La manera de entrar al apartamento un poco complicado se debería dar cod para poder entrar manualmente sino hay wifi es complicado

Very central location which is super convenient to explore Oviedo. The apartment is secure and has very strong WiFi and a decent shower. We liked the sparrows in the roof (see pic) Once we had the real keys, access was ok.

The key /arrival instructions were so lengthy and complicated and the code/last part did not work. Another guest kindly helped me get into my apartment. Can I suggest to the owner they send the instructions in images. Getting into the parking space with a car that is anything more than standard is VERY challenging to the point that we don’t want to move it til we left. Cleanliness: the apartment was generally clean, but the towels smelled damp (we asked for a second set which was delivered to the credit of the cleaner/owner) and the bedding, pillows and duvet also didn’t smell fresh. We were 3 people, but the sofa-bed was not made up. For the price you pay, this is expected.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, un bagno funzionale.

Migliorabile la biancheria da letto con lenzuola nuove e di tessuto naturale. Cuscini da letto un po' troppo bassi e con federe sintetiche. Mancano ripiani per le valigie.
