About this cottage rental
House with 2 floors (220 m²), consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and living room. The whole house is full of breadth, it has been completely renovated.
It has new appliances such as, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and rustic wood stove.
2 bathrooms, one of them very spacious on the lower floor with shower and another on the upper floor also with shower.
Salon with 50-inch smartTV and free Wi-Fi connection.
Heating in all holes, space in front of the house to park vehicles, green area under the house.
House located in the Barrio de Ferreras in San Román de Candamo. The whole house surrounded by green areas, in a completely rural setting, to enjoy the tranquility and spend a few days relaxing in Asturias.
A 10 minute walk is San Román, where you have a sports complex, "pool, etc", train station of Feve, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, ambulatory, hairdresser etc.
In San Román itself, La Cueva de La Peña is a great example of Paleolithic rock art in northern Spain.
The beaches of Aguilar in Muros del Nalón and Los Quebrantos in San Juan de la Arena are 15 minutes away by car.
It is next to the Nalón River, where they can do canoeing, fishing, etc. They have several hiking trails in the area, for mountain biking, motocroos, etc.
It is located 10 km from Grado, with one of the best markets in Asturias (on Sundays). 7 km from Pravia. 20 minutes from the beautiful fishing village of Cudillero.
It is located 30 minutes from the bear path, 35 minutes from the Route of the Xanas.
A 20 minutes from the airport.
The house is 26 minutes from Aviles, 27 from Oviedo and 40 from Gijón.

El propietario es muy atento y servicial. La casa esta provista de todo, es muy grande y cómoda para descansar. Está en buen lugar para visitar Asturias de Este a Oeste. En definitiva, la recomiendo. Repetiremos. Gracias Manuel, ha sido un placer

Casa muy grande y muy limpia para disfrutar de Asturias, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia perfecta. Incluso nos acomodaron una habitación en la planta baja para una persona con dificultad para subir escaleras, lo que nos permitió reunir a gran parte de la familia, y todos quedaron encantados con la casa.
100% recomendable sin duda, y D. Manuel, el anfitrión, genial y muy atento. El entorno también es maravilloso.
Nos encantaría repetir.
