Did the job, but wouldn’t book again

Location was great for attending football match

Everything felt cheap and basic but location was great and communication with owner was brilliant. Radiator was damaged and hanging off wall and sofa bed didn’t go flat so overall just a bit disappointing.

Excellently-located Burnley flat with all modcons, albeit needs a little TLC

Excellent location for getting to everywhere in Burnley, with modern furnishings throughout apartment. Very comfortable and Smart TV with Netflix was an added bonus.

A few snagging issues (mould on bath shower glass, broken lightbulbs in bathroom, lots of marks on the walls throughout apartment, bathroom fan very dirty.). Flat was pretty clean throughout, but noticed hairs on toilet and kitchen table had lots of crumbs on it for example, so cleaning not top tier. Needs some TLC throughout. Shower gel in description of booking, but only bath soak available. Kitchen tap was also leaking on arrival.

A bit of a let down it’s a good job we have a sense of humour

Just about adequate

Constant dripping tap windows were shut but let in loads of cold air as they were warped .The fridge had no straps on the door so couldn’t hold stuff in there ,The fire in the front room didn’t work which with the draft from the windows it was so cold we had to put the quilt around us on the settee. The fire in the bedroom worked but that didn’t help when watching tv .The hallway is very scruffy and needs a good clean will not use these facilities again .

Although this had no negative impact on my stay I did feel the entrance and stairs were in very poor condition, definitely put me off on arrival Overall the apartment was lovely but probably could do with an update of paint on doors/skirting boards/windows

Brilliant stay really quiet.

Brilliant place to stay really nice and clean and Dan the host always messaged straight back if I had any questions they was really nice inside I booked the room next door the night after which was even better!

The hallways and outside the building could do with cleaning regularly.

excellent stay in canalside conversion

We were cycling the canal, and so wonderful to have a flat in a canalside conversion. Got in easily with keys from a lock-box, flat is very clean and well-appointed, with a good kitchen, and sofa-bed is fine for an adult. Easy walk into town for food (the Palazzo is recommended), and easy walk to the station to get back to Leeds in the morning.

Shared entrance hall and stairs were a bit shabby.

Nice little apartment. Would stay again

Great location and host. Only a couple of thing I would change but would stay again.

There was a funny smell inside the property like wet dog or something had to spray some air freshener. Dint know where it was coming from. Also the kitchen tap is leaking and constantly dripping. Apart from that everything else was great.

It was dirty! The duvet cover was stained with brown marks. The area was dodgy and noisy.

flat was clean and comfy

the instructions were detailed and just what we needed. great location flat was clean, a good shower, comfy bed and a good tv. i asked for the sofa bed to be made up, which it was. we only stayed 1 night which was just what we needed

mainly it was the workmanship of the communal hall and flat which was disappointing. communal flat: floor tiles coming off and banister rail with batten was also coming off the wall. Flat door: there was a gap underneath, which then didn't make it a fire door. other tenants were smoking as you could smell it in the hallway. Flat: a plug socket between the 2 window in the living room was loose and could hear all the noises from outside.

Disappointed

Unfortunately we did not stay at this apartment

Upon arrival there was no parking to be found anywhere. There is a parking bay for two cars outside but obviously first come first served basis. Youths hanging around under bridge that is directly to the side of building. After obtaining key from key box our apartment was up three flights of stairs passing bannister rails loose and hanging off aswell as carpet tiles missing and some loose tiles on stairs. We didn't stay at this apartment because by this point we didn't feel comfortable with the entrance, The hooded youths or the lack of anywhere to park the car. We did take a video of the staircase.

Overall everything was good

Recurring Hot Water Issue issue with the hot water supply. On the second night of my stay, I experienced a lack of hot water and waited for several hours, but the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, the problem persisted into the morning, and there was still no hot water available.

The accommodation was excellent, the apartment is very beautiful and cozy. The hosts are very kind and helpful, making everything better. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.
