The good the bad & the ugly.
Fantastic location, bang in the town centre, good sized apartment, nice & clean. Great shower, good sized apartment. Good communication from property.
The location has its drawbacks, if you're in the first bedroom you can hear everything from outside & when it drops off you have the dogs running around in the flat above, so don't count on much sleep. The chavvy kids outside maccies can be very entertaining which is a good job as the wifi is terrible, which again is a shame because its a massive tv in the room. Maybe some signal boosters would help. Only 2 towels for a party of 4 was another drawback. The parking was easy to find due to the communication sent, although the bars we're left down & someone had taken the space, luckily we gave a disabled badge & could park close by. We have mobility issues and didnt realise we had to go up a fire escape to gain entry to the apartment this should be highlighted & its not the best access on a night as theres no light and pot holes everywhere.

The stay itself was very pleasant
Property was perfect , the location , cleanliness , comfortable & everything you need in it , easy to find aswell
Need to change the network provider , internet was terrible to connect , too many pot holes as you drive to the premises & parking was not available as others had parked their so had to park in the public car park available across the bus station

Great location for attending a Burnley game!
Decorated beautifully. Washer, fridge & rooms were comfortable.
All was great with our stay. The wifi was the one huge issue as it would intermittently drop and we were trying to finalize plans, tickets, hotels for the balance of our trip. I assume it’s the area in general, as we were in a restaurant downstairs and the wifi was the exact same and not reliant. Bathroom could use a rubbish bin, but small issue. Also, only had two bath towels for four people. Again, we made it work:

Nice, but would not rent it alone
Very well maintained and nice flat! Cosy, very clean, all very new. Parking lot available. Instructions were clear and precise.
The entrance to the flat is from the backyard and this is rather dark and spoky. While the heating was on, the flat only could get lukewarm. And, the beds are comfortable, but squeak with literally every move - everyone woke up several times.

Brilliant property
Brilliant location and great communication from Nick. Everything was explained very clearly, and the property was immaculate and very spacious. We have stayed in a lot of different places in and around Burnley, but this was definitely the best. As regular visitors to the area, this will now be the first place to book next time we come up.
