Beautiful, spacious apartment, great location.

Had problems with the door code not being programmed properly both days I visited, so was locked out stuck in the hallway twice with little explanation. It's a new property though, hopefully these were just learning issues and would be sorted on a return stay.

Amazing facilities inside the flat. Almost everything seemed brand new and unused.

Terrible check in experience unfortunately. It is supposed to have a self-check in so we arrived after reception opening hours after a long day of travelling. The codes did not work and we were stuck without anyone to call (office number was not available at night). It was not clear which keybox we should try as there were 3 doors at the same address and all had keyboxes... We had received so many automated emails with check in codes and instructions, including one email (at 7pm of the check in day) that said our flat was changed so the previous codes wouldn't work. It turned out there was also a different address in the last email (just 5min drive away) so we ended up there and rang for reception but no one responded. The second location had two entrances, on two different streets so we went to the second one to try the codes but nothing worked there either. At that point I thought we might have to book another place but a night staff suddenly found us and we followed him back to reception. He tried to help but was having issues with the system himself! We went back and forth between the locations at least 3times as he didn't know the entry codes and wasn't sure where our flat was... he explained that the code system was new and he hadn't familiarised with it yet as he was just back from holiday and we empathised.Itseemed like a nice system if only the email instructionns had been clearer so i'm sure it will be a smoother check in experience for people in the future! -Other downside was the view from the flat windows, which face a building under construction. This is a temporary issue... -We arrived at night and the road our flat (flat 3) was on didn't feel very safe as it was a bit quiet and isolated, all stores were closed and there were a couple of homeless people roaming around nearby. No one disturbed us but it didn't feel as safe as during the day where there was more activity going on.
