Great location for the town centre. Private parking was a big asset. The facilities were spotless and provided all the necessary requirements for a stay. .
The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable with very efficient heating. Would highly recommend.

This was the third consecutive year we have stayed here because of it's good location for Train and Bus stations. Once inside it is also very quiet despite it's location close to Burnley nightlife.
The shower controls need replacement the flow control kept falling off but was operable. The temperature control was totally inoperable and was jammed at very, very hot. Only way to use the shower was to run off most of the hot water tank so it topped up with cold water and reduced the temperature to bearable. Thus both water and electricity is wasted in achieving a shower without being scalded.
Also one of the bedroom doors will not close shut and requires easing.
