the location was perfect ,right in middle of town. and parking although tight was a very welcome bonus
shower in flat needs urgent maintance as nearly scolded myself as it wont give cold water out no matter what way you turn it.

Private parking with locked keypad gate was a fab bonus knowing our car was secure

This was the third consecutive year we have stayed here because of it's good location for Train and Bus stations. Once inside it is also very quiet despite it's location close to Burnley nightlife.
The shower controls need replacement the flow control kept falling off but was operable. The temperature control was totally inoperable and was jammed at very, very hot. Only way to use the shower was to run off most of the hot water tank so it topped up with cold water and reduced the temperature to bearable. Thus both water and electricity is wasted in achieving a shower without being scalded.
Also one of the bedroom doors will not close shut and requires easing.
