New Modern and Spacious 2BR In The Heart of Burnley with Free Private Parking

Great location private parking

Rear entrance due to night club traffic

We are a family of 4 with a 17 yeafold and 9 year old. We all felt comfortable - the space felt large enough for us not to be on top of each other. Kitchen with kitchen island was great. In town centre wirh parking which was great to visit resraurants and pubs by foot.

The location and parking in the centre of Burnley. The property warmed up quickly. It is spacious and comfortable.

Smell of smoking in the bathroom, I assume made by the previous visitor. I spoke to the host about this. It could also use some wire racking shelves or wooden shelves in the wardrobes to lay clothes that were not to be hung up...this is a suggestion. Some might be put off by no view from the windows...but that didn't bother us.

Property inside looked nice. Modern looking air BNB. Spacious. Beds were soft.

Floor was dirty after being told it was clean. We saw fake nails on the floor. The WiFi was not working either even though it was on and the blue light showed. We tried several times and it did not work. The cleaning lady came at 10am and we also asked her then. She then reported saying “it doesn’t work. It’s not reliable.” Parking: we were told we had to park in space 4. Once entering there was 2 big industrial wheelie bins blocking it. Plus lots of black bin bags which was disgusting and smelly. No one should be in that position. Unfortunately I had to move these myself as there was no where else to park which was really inconvenient as this should have been ready for me. Out of desperation I had to move this myself which was not a nice experience. Also considering we are having a heatwave. It would’ve been nice to have a fan at least due to the heat.
