We are a family of 4 with a 17 yeafold and 9 year old. We all felt comfortable - the space felt large enough for us not to be on top of each other. Kitchen with kitchen island was great. In town centre wirh parking which was great to visit resraurants and pubs by foot.

The location and parking in the centre of Burnley. The property warmed up quickly. It is spacious and comfortable.
Smell of smoking in the bathroom, I assume made by the previous visitor. I spoke to the host about this. It could also use some wire racking shelves or wooden shelves in the wardrobes to lay clothes that were not to be hung up...this is a suggestion. Some might be put off by no view from the windows...but that didn't bother us.

How spacious it was, great location and free parking. Responsive host with quick communication.
Host rigid on times, although description gives option of later check out. They didn’t and check out was at 10am.
Mobile data connection is non existent in the flat, I couldn’t open up the brochure for the instructions for the wifi because I needed internet for that. It was a bit of a faff. The modem WiFi details in the bedroom didn’t work either.
All heaters were off when we came into the flat so it was cold, needed to warm the place up. Not all the pillow covers were on and washing was just hanging out.

the bed was broken, and had to be replaced which was eventually replaced 3 hours after we arrived, one of the sofas was broke, and day before we came back electric points failed and we moved into another room at 10 pm at night for 1 night
