A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, lovely flat.

On street parking was restricted to 40 minutes with no return within 40 minutes between 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday so we had to find an alternate location to park our car.

Excellent perfectly sited for the football and pubs in town centre

No shampoo / soap for shower , not a biggie but its usual so didnt think to take any .

Looked like a Derelict building

Building looked derelict from outside . 4 key presses all smashed . Once inside the door dirty hallway poor state of repair . Loose missing carpet tiles . Smell . No parking outside very dark car has to be moved by 8 am . Flat itself when we found the right one confiding no numbers was very basic . We didn’t feel safe here so left and didn’t stay

Warm and spacious flat in great central location.

Very handy for the town centre just a few minutes walk away, and for roads into/out of Burnley. Living area very comfortable. Presented clean and welcoming.

I'd have liked a nice coffee machine. I couldn't work out how to put the storage heaters on - but didn't need them anyway really. Beds and bedding were practical but not luxurious. Booking.com said 'free toiletries' but apart from handwash in the main bathroom there weren't any. Luckily my friend had some with him anyway.

Disappointing for the price

Good location for Burnley and easy instructions to enter the property. Dan responded quick to issues even though it wasn’t fully rectified.

There’s no parking, even though it was advertised - we had to keep moving the car around all weekend. The heating didn’t work during a very cold weekend; the host did bring two electric heaters, but we had to keep carrying them between rooms just to stay warm, and even ended up buying hot water bottles. The flat was not clean when we arrived – cobwebs everywhere, stairs needed hoovering, bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guests and the extractor fan in bathroom was thick with dust. The oven also needed a deep clean as it filled the kitchen with smoke when we used it. Ended up having to clean the flat ourselves as still wasn’t sure it was clean even when host came over. The en suite shower doors were broken, and the hallway window leaked when it rained, leaving a puddle on the floor. We could also hear pigeons in the roof, which disturbed our sleep.

Our stay was great, the property has everything we needed, it is a great location and very clean.

The property is very cozy with amenities in a short walking distance. The place is less than 5 minutes away from the city centre, train and bus stations.

The property is located by a main road, which can be noisy as the bedroom windows are not double glazed like the living room.

Nice for a few days walking break

Comfortable bed. Good location for walking along the canal and to Townely Park. Finsley Gate Wharf just around the corner.

The electric storage heater in the bedroom doesn’t work and although a portable heater was provided it was still quite cool in the bedroom. The property was nice and not dirty but could do with a deep clean. Windows, skirting boards, kitchen cupboards etc. some uht milk would be nice when tea,coffee and sugar are provided.

It was great and I would gladly stay again!

It was great the place was spacious, comfortable the bed was nice as well as the shower was nice and the bath was nice too.

The double bedroom radiator didn't seem to work and it was somewhat cold honestly.

Okay when inside, would not return

Spacious and modern

Location, next to a flyover, not in a great safe position especially for cars. Communal spaces awful. Cleaning was okay. Kitchen items tired.

It was near a very busy road and the single glazed windows made it noisy.
