El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho o estaba intermitente, no habia jabon de manos, cuerpo ni shampoo al llegar, si lo pusieron al siguiente dia por solicitud

Pros: Excellent communication...polite and extremely helpful Great location...very close to Pacifico Metro, supermarkets to stock up on coffee pods, teabags, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, dish washing liquid, trash bags* Clean Comfortable bed and Murphy bed in main room/livingroom

*Just a few recommendations: Perhaps put the numeral 2 next to the letter B at the entrance to the property Might want to let guests know to stop at the supermarket to get supplies before settling into the apartment, as basics/essentials were not supplied

It was new.

The check-in was a nightmare. I was asked to put not only my personal data but also all the persons that stayed with me (passport number and home addresses etc). I think what was really upsetting - additional requirement to pay 19 euro lump sum/ OR 300 euro deposit for potential damage. I felt uncomfortable blocking 300 euro so of course we paid additional 19 (not mentioned in the description) It felt that they want additional charging for no reason. Finally after going through this we were missing one pillows cover and there were no soap. We were told someone will come to give it to us (because they forgot to bring it) but no one came in 4 days despite asking multiple times….
