Excellent customer service! Alvaro went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed! Very helpful and informative! Ivo was very pleasant and accommodating as well. Room impeccable! Location fantastic… few blocks to Metro station. Loved my stay! Will definitely go back and highly recommend it!!!

Hi, well the place look fantastic in the website. I like that it is new and modern. Good Location.
Did not like that i paid extra for the terrace but the weather was cold and the cold was entering the room because that's what cold does i guess, it sips thru the doors and crevasses so don't get a terrace in winter. It is a smaller space than the photos in the website and you can hear the neighbors doing their "thang" because the walls are so thin. Other than that it has the basic to cook, very basic i mean, to make some eggs and heat up a soup. Thin hallways were not clean.
