Color Apartments by Olala Homes

Wonderful apartment, superb location that is 5 minute walk to Metro and 5 stops and you are in the centre of Madrid. Apt spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable. Nice touches like Olive oil, salt and pepper. This is a working class neighbourhood in Madrid so normal precautions apply . However safer than many other places, such as London, Dublin. Also went to bars in the local plaza, nice, friendly people. Keyless entry exit was excellent after I got used to it. Above all superb value for money.

Nothing! Point out other review negatives. There are 2 benches outside so a few homeless were siting lying there. Big deal ! Was safe . Some noise from streets, it is Madrid.

Its very clean, good contact with administration staff.

Weak WI-FI connection

The apartment was clean and cute, nice looking bathroom and good space for a couple of people. The location was great, a little out from the city centre but the train station was only a 5-10 minute walk, and the building is right across from a great place with cheap tacos and cocktails! The sofa bed was easy to fold out and both beds were comfy, and the shower was fine. We didn't use the rest of the facilities much but everything was provided such as coffee, towels, water etc. The building also felt safe, and using a code to enter the room was nice as you never had to worry about a key.

The only fault I could pick out is that it was a little out from the centre, but the trains were not very long and were well scheduled.

if you travel with toddlers, i would not recommend this hotel. it is not located in the best area of Madrid. we did not feel safe when we return to hotel at the evenings. there were many weird people around the hotels especially at the evenings. Cleaning is not their strongest point. room sound insulation is very poor. at one night there was a party next door and till 5 am loud music did not stop. Also it gives you the feeling that costumer support is made through some AI agents. always same type of responses but without giving an actual solution. i wouldn't stay again here.
