Mirador Madrid

The room was really clean and organized. Amd the stuff was so helpfull.

Maybe the pillows were kinda uncomfortable.

Everything was great! I had messaged to say that our flight landed earlier than check in time, and was informed that if the room was ready we could check in, if not, we could leave our cases there until the room was ready. The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice and warm. There were Nescafé sachets, and a variety of different types of tea bags. The lady who greeted us was friendly. Unfortunately we don't speak much Spanish, so we got by on Google translate. She made everything clear to us. It's close to Portazgo Metro. It's a great place to stay. We will definitely return if ever we're in Madrid again.

At a good location. The hosts were very nice and professional. They speak good English and have information about what to visit in the neighbourhood. Eg. we went to see the sunset from the best spot based on their recommendation.

For us it wasn’t a problem but for light sleepers I wouldn’t recommend the building- or maybe any Spanish buildings for that matter. People live their lives like you would expect them to and you can hear quite a bit of it. If this bothers you, I’d suggest a hotel.

Very nice and helpful host, good communication, room was nice and cleaned daily. Location close to buses & metro (-> few minutes to downtown), free parking in the streets around (might be tricky to find a spot sometimes).
