Relación costo y calidad de las instalaciones.
No se puede contactar con el personal de limpieza para que al menos saquen los cestos de basura el.fin de semana. Se debería colocar más agua o jugos en e refri en época de verano. He visto algunas cucarachas en la habitación, y en el.pasillo principal,favor fumigar, es de muy mal gusto. Gracias.

The location was very close to the metro.
We made a complaint about weird noises in the room, too much light and a very squeeky bed (we could hardly move or it would make awful noises), they asked for video material which we can’t send over Booking so we send through WhatsApp and they never addressed the complaints.
