    Cuando llegué a la puerta del apartamento, aún no me habían enviado las claves para entrar. Después de 40 minutos, conseguí hablar con alguien y lo primero que me dice es que me manda, en lugar de las claves, primero el formulario de checkin, después de haber pasad 40 minutos en la calle. Otros 5 minutos para rellenar el formulario y recibir las claves, que esa persona, sabiendo que había estado 40 minutos esperando, me podía haber enviado directamente. Eso no es tratar bien a los clientes.

    Квартира соответствует картинкам, после ремонта все новое, отличный хост Энрике. Все в пеший доступности, до центра Порту можно дойти за 15 минут. Стоянка есть , но платная 12,5 евро в день. Советую заранее купить Telpark app если планируете несколько раз выезжать с парковки.

    I had to wait an hour infront of the hotel and the gate since they didn't give me the link for check-in although I had requested from 3days ago to the day by Agoda message, e-mail, calling as well. I don't know why only I couldn't receive the link however, during I'm waiting I could see many of guests have the link and get inside. Finally I checked-in and stayed well in the hotel. I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel if I had any other way at that time.

    They showed me a different apartment or what I received later. After the check in time the apartment wasn’t ready.
