El apartamento es bonito y tiene lo que se necesita para una buena estancia. Nuestro arrendatario fue muy atento, estuvo pendiente y fue muy paciente ya que ese día llegábamos a Madrid. Está bien ubicado y habían lugares cerca para comer.

Está bien ubicado aunque es un poco complicado aparcar. Bastante diversidad cultural alrededor.
Tener un garaje hubiera sido ideal. jeje Por lo demás, por el precio y lugar en el que se encuentra, tampoco se puede pedir mucho más.

Atrašanās vieta normāla.
Izskatījās, ka vienā no vannas istabām veikts remonts, bet ne līdz galam. Bija norādīts, ka divas vannas istabas, bet vienā nedarbojās tualete. Visas gultas uz ļoti netabilām metāla kājām (pieaugušam vīrietim (190 cm) pa īsu). Nelielas problēmas ar traukiem, cepšanas pannas visas diezgan nolietotas, kā arī atstātas piedegušas. Būtu jauki, lai apartamentos būtu elektriskā tējkanna, kur uzvārīt ūdeni tējai, kafijai.
