Spacious Refurbished with Parking-3BD 2BT-Retiro

Apartament is in a great location to visit the city. Metro line 1 only 2 minutes away. More than enough space for a big family. Kitchen is very well equipped with all the things you need to make a proper meal. Many shops around the building to buy groceries, meat, fish and fruits. TV has Prime and Netflix for free if you don't have the feeling to go out. The staff of Minty Stay is excellent. Great communication and fast check-in process.

The sofa in the living room has seen better days. We bought a blanket to cover it just to make it a bit better.

La ubicación, muy cerca de Atocha. Hemos sido 4 huéspedes y el apartamento resulta espacioso y comodo.

El microondas no funcionaba, se notificó en los primeros 30minutos tras entrar en el apartamento y no han reparado o sustituido el electrodoméstico en 4 días.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 amiche per una visita di 4 giorni di Madrid. La location è fantastica 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Pacifico. 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Atocha e dal parco del Retiro. L'appartamento era fornito di tutto, molto pulito, consiglio vivamente

The place is well located, in a quiet neighborhood (its not in Retiro as their name suggests, but in Pacifico), 5 min walk to the metro, 3 min to the bus stop, and 15 min to Atocha. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surroundings. Overall, it is very well equipped: the kitchen has everything one needs to cook, a dishwasher, and a laundry machine. Also, they have hairdryer, extra linens, towels. Its is well equipped for kids too, with crib, high chair, and I even saw a stroller in a cabinet.

If you are noise sensitive, or have a baby, note that the place is very loud on the inside. Every door squeaks loudly, the floor squeaks, the walls seem made of paper, and one can hear any noise from other rooms, and from the other apartments. People walking in the corridor sound like they are in the flat. The elevator next door makes a huge noise every time it stops on the floor.
