The place was clean, fully equipped and in a safe zone. It has AC which helped a lot during this Madrid heat.
Being able to paying the fianza so late.. I would have appreciated doing this before or by bank transfer, but luckily the office was open to pay in person! Maybe there could be another option to open the door for example if people do not have 3G access ? For some reason, the fridge was leaking.. Also, maybe in the ad it could have been specified that there are on-going works in the building’s facade. We learnt on the spot that the balconies were not accessible and we couldn’t open the windows for natural ventilation.. in no way did it ruin our stay, it would just have been nice to know it beforehand.

Posizione strategica e in zona molto viva ma tranquilla. Vicinissima a 2 stazioni metro che ti consentono di muoverti in tranquillità e facilmente verso qualsiesi posizione.
