Location, communication, and value for money were all great! Would recommend. Generally well equipped and clean. Kids loved the pool!
The bed in the main room wasn't the most comfortable, and there was a stained floor towel that could do with changing. However, generally all good for a reasonably get away.

Well equipped liked that it had 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets. Large fridge freezer and cupboard space
A couple of utensils like a cheese grater would be handy, but nothing that spoiled the holiday

Very clean and tidy.
Bed could do with a topper as you can feel the mattress springs.

Lovely shower
Little touches such as washing up liquid, tea towel,towels,and other bits and pieces were supplied
The out door pool was fab to cool off in as was hot weekend
10 min walk from sandown station
As with other comments the double mattress needs to be replaced or a thick mattress topper bought as could really feel the springs
