On arrival the location and views were amazing and beautiful. The caravans location is in a quiet part of the site so it's very peaceful at night. It was a perfect little gem in that it was well equipped for all our needs and beyond. There was plenty of storage, everything was well organised in kitchen cupboards and wardrobes. The bedding smelt beautifully fresh. I was concerned about my 6ft 4 partner not having a good nights sleep as the double bed looked quite small, however he had no troubles and made comments about how he had never slept so well away from home. The caravan was very homely but in such a way that it felt special and you knew you were on holiday. The hosts left little extras that made a huge difference, nice selection of hot drinks beautifully displayed and plenty of them. Nice hand soap. Washing up liquid. Everything you need to keep the place clean whilst staying! The fridge, freezer, kettle cooker, toaster and air fryer all looked as if they had been bought new for our visit! Everything was well looked after and loved. The handbook was informative and it was nice to look at the guest book and see other peoples stays as well as leave our own message. Nothing went wrong with our stay but i did message the hosts a couple of times and response times were quick, polite and friendly. All in all its an 11 out 10 for the hosts and caravan and i have rebooked for next year already!

The only thing i feel would be helpful from the hosts is to mention in their advert that the pool seen in the pictures is not included unless you pay for the entertainment passes. I had assumed that because it was shown in the advert that it was something we had access to by booking the accomadation, which could just be my naivety as its the first time I've ever booked a caravan holiday.

Very homely

Lack of outside covered space, especially when it’s hot

The caravan was in a lovely location, close to the beach, and all the local amenities (10 min. drive to Newport). The detail to attention for all comforts was like home from home. We would love to return in the future.
