Great location, quiet street close to the Vrijmarket. Apartment lounge & bedroom spacious, warm & well appointed - a very comfortable & relaxing space for us, staying 6 nights over the Christmas period. The shower was powerful & hot, with lovely Rituals toiletries provided, plus great towels.
There was an issue with the sink in the kitchen which the owner offered to come to look at but we declined the offer, so we wouldn't be disturbed, but hopefully this will be resolved soon for future guests.

Location, bedding and bed very comfortable, towels fluffy, easy access.
Floor broken at lounge doorway, coffee machine unworkable or broken. Kitchen sink plug not fitting. General lack of maintenance throughout.
