De locatie is alles wat je wenst om in Gent te overnachten. Alle dingen zijn dichtbij. Recht in het centrum waardoor je overdag gezelligheid hebt. Het viel op hoe kalm het ‘s nachts was. Daar had ik eerst wat schrik voor.
Een klein koelkastje en een tv waren welkom geweest. Het is een oud pand, als iemand boven jou in kamer 2 verblijft, is het zeer gehorig. Zeker als iemand om 12 uur ‘s avonds continu rond blijft lopen op de houten vloer.

Ubicación excelente y muy buen trato.
La acceder a la habitación primero había que pasar por la puerta trasera de un bar, subir 2 pisos con escaleras estrechas.
La habitación estaba genial, pero la zona de escaleras y portal olía mal, a comida.

Fantastic location in the centre of Ghent. Room 1 was huge with a view over the street. Great welcome from Bina
Didn’t bother us but it’s a city centre street. If you’re sensitive to light or sound at night bring a mask and ear plugs. A couple of additional touches, eg glasses for drinking would have been nice.

A excelente localização, bem no centro de Ghent. Perto das principais atrações, bares e restaurantes.
Vista para rua movimentada.
Cama aceitável para o repouso.
1. Apartamento baseado numa cama, uma pequena mesa e chaleira para aquecer cafe com saquetas de chá, duas cadeiras, e um cabide. Sem mesinhas de cabeceira. Sem TV. Sem frigorifico. Sem micro-ondas. Chão de madeira de edifício antigo.
2. Sistema de aquecimento fraco, em tempo de frio gélido. Se quiser mais roupa de cama, nao existe no quarto
3. Apenas mudaram de toalhas de banho porque se pediu.
4. WC sem utensilios de banho, sem champo ou gel de banho.
5. Limpeza pouco a desejar: pó no chão, teia de aranha no candeeiro de teto. Não mudaram lençóis de cama durante 4 noites.
6. Acesso ao quarto, 2° piso, de escadaria envelhecida, degraus de altura assimetrica, pequenos com risco de queda. Muito pouco prático para quem leva malas de viagem, ou quem tenha handicap físico.
7. Pouco isolamento sonoro, ouvindo-se barulho da rua quando muita gente.
8. Se precisar de imprimir algum documento, não existe no empreendimento, nem me facilitaram opções.
9. Wi-Fi grátis, mas velocidade nem sempre rápida.
