Location was great and the flat was modern and well maintained.
I had quite a bit of problems. For the price I wasn't satisfied:
- cleaning : smudges on black stuff in the ceiling in the shower and hairs on the fresh sheets. Also the coffee was not filled so I had no coffee.
- WiFi: was extremely poor. I was on a working trip and could not use the WiFi for my online meeting and I had to use the hotspot from my own phone and the data bill will show that
- Communication: I never received an reply to my email(s) before arrival and after arrival when reaching out about the WiFi not working
- Temperature: the room is very cold and even with the heater at max what the owner allows in the instructions i was freezing in the nights. Luckily I didn't travel in the winter

The studio is very well located in the heart of Patershol. It has all the amenities for a short or medium stay. The bed is really comfortable
I couldn’t turn on the TV and had difficulties figuring out how the oven works. All the rest was perfect
