A nice clean property with everything you need in a great location for Dartmouth town centre but it is also quiet and peaceful.

Only one set of keys between us

Great location, well equipped warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and felt it was very good value for money.

Pillows on double bed flimsy and only two. Would prefer 4. Two sets of keys. Shared front door meant if out late and somebody in they needed to be locked in and couldn't get out unless left inlocked.

Very comfortable accommodation. Great position, not far from the front. Very clean, well equipped.

Nothing

We really liked the house itself. Cleanliness, modern, nicely presented. Location was ok, fairly central to Dartmouth centre. Comfortable and good facilities. Miscommunication from booking agency meant the fold away bed wasn't set up for our arrival, so we had to set this up ourselves....however, the bedding was brought to the house fairly quickly once I called the agency.

Parking was tricky due to Dartmouth being very busy and a 10 min walk uphill to the house. The parking permit was very useful BUT this should have been explained in the booking details as it would have saved some stress, as we only found this once settled in.
