Spacious and clean, mostly well presented and comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated. Well equipped. Very comfortable X-Large bed and lovely large bathroom.

Didn’t like the communal entrance which was permanently open, difficult to close, and smelt. The small yard we didn’t use as it was not clean & brushed, the table & chairs needed a good clean. Also the shelf unit in the lounge in the alcove next to the tv was a mess, never seen so many wires on display. IIMO it spoilt the room. I would also of either freshened up the window boxes which were ugly grey plastic with dead foliage.

There was everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and car park permit was an added bonus. It was good to hear from someone to check that everything was ok.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property was in a great position very local to all facilities . It is on a slight incline so those with walking issues might not find this as suitable . All facilities were really lovely and high end . The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable and well decorated . There’s a third bedroom that we used as a dressing room as it had a large mirror . A perfect base for a wonderful week and would use again

Only issue was that the WiFi wasn’t great , we tried to watch a film but wasn’t able to . And it would have been nice to have a handful of coffee pods as there’s two Nespresso machines there but no pods at all

Full deck is conveniently located / just a short walk to the harbour & suited our needs very well.
