Great house. Warm, inviting and very comfortable. It had all the essentials and some extra touches like a welcome pack. It was in a very good location., and there was parking which is always a plus in Dartmouth.

We liked everything apart from the TV which only had terrestrial channels and no way for us to access netflix or any subscription service which most expect nowadays.

Nice property but beware loads of stairs!

The road to access the property is a nightmare, so narrow!

You need to include photos of the the number of the stairs. There are two flights that you have no choice to take in order to access the sitting room and kitchen which is in the middle of the middle floor. Sadly there isn't a toilet on that floor they're on the top floor and the basement. I normally research our stays, I was horrified by the number of stairs as I have mobility issues. I did check the details on booking.com and it did say it was a 3 story accommodation quite a way into the details. It needs to be more prominently indicated and certainly in the gallery of photos.

location, clean, modern

I am using this platform to try and get some action for my problem. I unfortunately left some items in Huffin when I left . I cannot contact owner by mail or phone. I have been through 3 advisors but they cannot contact them either. All I want is someone to access the property and retrieve these items or the cleaners have picked them up . Please help me resolve this problem. Please contact me

Quiet and comfy - with the bonus of outside space

It was in a quiet area and close to town

No fans, it was ok up in the top bedroom as I had the windows open. But may have been warm if more people were there using all of the rooms?

Great house in very convenient location.

It’s a well equipped house with good access to centre of town and the quayside on foot in a few minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms are great. The balcony is nice for sitting out.

The view is over buildings and town but gives sense of space. One double bedroom and en-suite are tiny. Be aware it’s on 3 levels but everywhere in town involves steps or hills. The parking is great asset but it’s tight getting to it along a narrow street and the space is small and shared with neighbouring property - thankfully no car there during our stay.

Extremely clean, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. A few minutes walk into town.

The outside could do with a spruce up! The TV only had terrestrial channels - no ‘catch up’, Netflix.

Had a great time weather was good the property was clean and had everything you needed.

It was very near the town so we didnt have to get in the car for the shops or the restaurant's.

The parking was very tight we have a 4x4 and if the property attached was occupied i dont think we would of been able to park outside as very hard to turn, and my husband is a lorry driver so its not the problem of him not being able to drive well enough.

Great location

Location was great.

The en-suite bedroom was so small not even enough room to open a suitcase on the floor. No wardrobe space whatsoever and could barely walk around the bed, so had a keep my suitcase in the hallway. A side light in the lounge would be really nice. Not sure that a fire risk assessment has been carried out. For example in the bedroom the fire extinguisher was tucked down beside the beside cabinet.

Lower ground floor is cold. Thermostat in the wrong place (in middle floor), fridge had to be replaced and width of road needs to be more prominent on the details than at present.

Great property... beware limited car access!!

The property was central to Dartmouth, it was very spacious, clean and well spec'd, the bonus was it had its own parking space, we would recomend it!

We collected the keys from the shop in town, they are quite regimented on collection times... we told them we would be arriving before the 3pm release of the keys, and asked if we could just drop car of at property whilst we got to know the area... understanding keys would not be available until 3pm... but that was not possible!! Also on approaching the property by car, not that i can see stated in the holiday description on boooking.com, there is no warning about limited access by car... there is a barrier prior to the property limiting car width to 6ft... BEWARNED!!

Close to town Great space for family Cute balcony for a glass oif wine in evening sun

Lane in is horrrendous, narrow and made worse by regatta day road closures.. Drive a mini or Fiat 500 here for a relaxing trip. Time to move up to entry codes as key collection and drop off in town is another hassle
