The laneway was very narrow for getting the car in even though we were warned of this issue, it was worse than expected There was a very musty smell in the bottom level of the house which is where two of the bedrooms were located and the carpets need cleaning

Very difficult accesssing by car

Excellent location in heart of Dartmouth with a parking space, but on a very narrow road! All your need is provided in kitchen, could easily self cater if you wanted to.

No storage in any bedrooms, meaning we had to keep everything in our suitcase and bag, didn’t matter to us as we were only staying 3 nights, but would have been frustrating for a longer stay.

Lovely and clean inside , great property overall , it’s just the access and the company that rent it out which grades this down.

Access to the property in a medium size car was awful. We only had 2mm gaps at the side of each wing mirror to get the car down the side of the street and onto the car parking space. People came out to film us saying she would have been warned not to book this property if you have a car. It’s only after you’ve booked and paid a non-refundable fee that you get a message to warn you that access is tight. Trying to deal with Skye’s cottages is horrendous, they answer the phone. The owners would be much better renting this without them.
