The kitchen was clean.

I couldn't sleep in the rooms. There was an unbearable smell of mold. Unfortunately I checked in very late and couldn't organize to find somewhere else. I slept 5 people on 2 corners in the kitchen.I left Germany confident that I would have a nice stay, but I was disappointed.

Toilet seat was clearly replaced recently and the new one doesn’t fit so was very uncomfortable to use toilet. Pressure of water was not the best, noticable spider webs all around the apartment

Cheap, clean and simple

Location was good, place was clean and did everything we needed. We had no issues no noise from surrounding apartments

Parking was not easy but manageable, everything was the cheapest it could be but very clean. Gaining access was difficult as we were never sent the access code in spite of messaging several times, luckily the owners were cleaning an adjacent apartment and gave us the code

Ok but it could be super if effort was put into it.

The location was great. Near the city Center and walking distance from Lidl, coffee shops and more.

It was not clean, with dust around the place, spider webs on the ceiling, left over tooth brush and litter behind a wooden cover in the bathroom, drain wasn’t pulling the water so the first night it overflowed and we were moping at 1am. Kitchen table was ready to fall and the kitchen range hood had a broken knob that made it hard to use and wasn’t effective as every time we went to cook, all the house smelled smoke. Outdoor lock had an issue and needs a fix .. The owners were great, after telling them it was dirty they offered to come and clean it again, something that we did on our own, they helped with the online check in and also helped with the heating system. Parking is an issue so be patient if you go by car. I would live there again , but I think the owners can put some more effort in it and fix the place up to be a bit more functional, fashionable and cosy.

ottima struttura ben localizzata con poca cura ai dettagli

molto illuminata, anche se il lucernario al piano di sopra non potevamo togliere la tenda perché era fissata con delle puntine e quindi non potevamo illuminare la stanza. il forno super efficiente, la struttura in sé molto carina con il minimo indispensabile per cucinare 👍🏻 ha vicino la stazione, supermercati, bar, il centro, quindi ottima per spostarsi

l’odore appena entrati e l’odore che emanava il divano, l’asciugamano non era pulito, non c’era neanche il sapone in bagno, menomale che c’era la carta igienica. non è insonorizzata, riuscivamo a sentire qualsiasi rumore fuori e degli appartamenti vicini, però ottima perché non sentivamo rumori della strada. l’acqua del lavandino in cucina l’abbiamo trovata fredda ed è stato molto difficile lavare i piatti, ma comunque in bagno era molto calda, menomale. in bagno c’era la muffa

Passabile ma con molti difetti.

La posizione vicina il centro è la riservatezza dell’appartamento

Pulizia generale scarsa( presenza di ragnatele), riscaldamenti comandati da remoto senza possibilità di adattare alle proprie esigenze, prese d’aria nel muro di fronte al divano ( d’inverno fa veramente freddo), cappa della cucina danneggiata e non funzionante, numero di piatti e bicchieri insufficiente ( solo 2 bicchieri), solo due tipi di pentole tra l’altro sporche e troppo grandi da utilizzare per 2-3 persone. Stoviglie in generale sporche. Forno sporco tanto da essere inutilizzabile. In bagno non avendo la doccia di 5 mq la tenda non è proprio igienica, meglio se ci fosse stato un box doccia considerato che é meno di 2 mq. La difficoltà di trovare parcheggio gratuiti nei pressi dell’appartamento non aiuta il contesto generale.

Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore (non menzionato nell’annuncio), pulizia molto discutibile. Mobili decadenti al contrario delle foto nell’annuncio, rumoroso sia per la strada che per il condominio. Stoviglie scarse (1 solo cucchiaino)

Il silenzio notturno se si esclude il rumore forte della chiusura del portone principale, la luce al mattino e la vicinanza a tutto essendo molto centrale

Purtroppo al mio arrivo l’appartamento non era stato pulito e non vi erano neanche gli asciugamani. Ho dovuto attendere l’arrivo dell’host che in maniera carina si è prodigato a pulire lui portandomi anche un asciugamano che purtroppo era stato appena acquistato al negozio e quindi non realmente pulito. Consiglierei inoltre un piccolo stendino con delle mollette e in futuro la doccia al posto della vasca (perché la tenda era veramente sporca e si allaga il bagno) e un lavandino più grande.

A fuir absolument!

Nous avons loué 2 appartements. Chaleur étouffante sans climatisation, très humide, de la moisissure sur les murs dans les salles de bain. Pas d’alese de protection sur les matelas, seulement un drap fin, ce qui fait qu’on dort avec des odeurs de transpiration et moisissure des matelas et oreiller. Un des appartements avait une odeur de cigarette tres forte. Appartements sales, les poignées de portes et placards collants. Frigo plein d’eau et très sales. La cuisinière d’un appartement ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de cuisiner. Une seule petite cafetière bialetti pour une personne alors qu’on était 8. Pour les chambres qui donnent coté rue, c’était très tres bruyant même la nuit avec motos et voitures qui roulent trop vite. La chasse d’eau d’un des WC ne fonctionnait pas, ampoules manquantes aux plafonnier, bref, la liste des désagréments est vraiment longue. La communication avec l’agence Lakeside par whatsapp etait aimable mais malheureusement non suivie d’action. Je ne donne jamais de mauvaises notes aux logements sur booking mais là, je préfère prévenir les futurs clients..

Muy recomendable 😍

Muy acogedor y tanto la cama como el sofá muy cómodos. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. El patio interior está genial para sentarte a tomar el sol tomando un aperitivo. El baño está renovado y es algo pequeña la ducha pero está muy bien.

La ubicación muy buena, pero el camino para llegar no tiene aceras y hay bastante tráfico. Es una zona bastante difícil para aparcar aunque hay zonas azules. Estaría bien que hubiera geles o azúcar por ejemplo.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und nett. Wir haben alle Informationen erhalten, wo und wie wir die Schlüssel zum Apartment finden.

Das Haus selbst und die kleine, extrem enge Straße davor sind sehr, sehr laut. Die Fenster sind nur einfach verglast, so daß die vielen Autos gefühlt durch unser Schlafzimmer gefahren sind. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Die Hoftür und die Tür zu unserem Hauseingang sind aus Eisen. Um sie zu schließen, muss man sie mit Schwung ins Schloss knallen - unglaublich laut, wir schreckten nachts regelmäßig hoch. Die Wohnungstür ist so dünn, dass wir den Nachbarn nebenan telefonieren hörten, als stünde er bei uns im Zimmer. Wenn man einen sehr festen Schlaf hat und auch sonst geräuschunempfindlich ist, mag es ein gutes Appartement sein, da es zentrumsnah liegt. Wir brauchten danach erst einmal Erholung.

La grandezza dell'appartamento e la funzionalità degli spazi. Bellissima la presenza di libri a disposizione da leggere o semplicemente da conoscere e consultare

Il bagno è grande ma decisamente da ristrutturare. Inoltre è davvero molto rumoroso. Si sentono i rumori dagli altri appartamenti, ma soprattutto la strada che viene utilizzata fino alle 2 di notte come pista da corsa di moto e macchine e non permette di riposare.

Appartamento spazioso ordinato, comodo, molto spazioso. Dotato quasi di tutto. Quello che più mi piace sono le stoviglie ordinate tazze, tazzine , posate tutte uguali e non arredata con gli avanzi.

La pulizia, tanta polvere e poco pulito sopra tutto i bagni. Manca una presa vicino al comodino almeno per un carica batterie. Nel sito riporta macchina del caffè ma in realtà c'è una moka senza caffè e supermercati distanti Dovrebbe esserci una spiegazione del funzionamento della piastra a induzione.
