Very close to the city center
No aircon - stable temperature above 28 degree inside the apartment (September) Disco club in the same building - FRI + SAT huge noice till 5 am Terrace is very dirty - you do not want to even sit there Dirty dishes in the kitchen and mold in the shower

Good
The place looks very cozy from the inside. I really enjoyed the interior done in the loft style. Also the place is huge. The location is perfect if you need a quick access to the bus or train stations. A supermarket which is open until midnight is a few minutes away which is very handy too. Lots of cafes, restaurants and stores of all kinds around. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and beautiful bathroom.
The place gets really hot when it's hot outside. There's no real air conditioning (at least I have found none), the apartment is straight under the roof which heats up too well in the sun. The temperature consistently rose up to 30° Celsius in the early morning and did not go down until late night. The two fans which I never switched off helped only just so. The apartment was not very carefully cleaned. I have found dust in a few places, nothing dramatic though. Insects. Do not leave any, I mean any quantity of any food outside the fridge or expect an army of ants coming for it. During the three weeks of my stay nobody came to change the linen or the towels or to take away the garbage. I did fine by myself but still that is a minus. Being it very close to the station you should expect a higher than comfortable quantity of dubious subjects in the nearby streets, especially later in the evening. Costly!
