We highly recommend this apartment!
The location is ideal and in close proximity to the historic area of Varese, grocery shopping and train station. The air conditioned apartment is very comfortable and offers all the conveniences needed for short term stay. Coffee pods for the Nespresso were included which was a nice touch.
Some of the basics supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, and bathroom hand soap were missing which required us to purchase. The television is quite small and offers only Italian tv channels. Access to a BBC or CNN channel for live news reports would be practical.

The dusche cabin was nightmare 😔 the switch was brocken and the water was going from cold to hot most of the time . Inside so narrow . Other thing i dont like ( which os not up to the owner ) the neighbours

Location was good, the sofa bed for our children was already set up, which was very nice. Although we did not meet, the host was responsive and kind.
We found that some essential supplies were missing, including shampoo, shower gel, washing machine powder, a wine opener, and dish soap. While searching for toiletries, the door of the under-sink cabinet in the bathroom became detached upon opening and fell within centimeters of my child's foot. It might also be a good idea to provide some standard black tea, as not everyone drinks coffee (there were only some herbal teas available).

Everything was clean and the host was very nice. The check-in was earlier, but it wasn’t problem for him. I recommend for everybody.
