Good location and price-quality ratio

Location, accessible paid parking, clean linens, and the attention of the hostess who even answered questions after our arrival after midnight.

The refrigerator was not clean at all and the drain in the bathtub did not work properly

Great spot

Great location, well stocked kitchen. Mariella was quick on response and gave great instructions. Main bed was really comfortable.

Lovely apartment in central Varese

Clean, comfortable, great location! Provided coffee and tea which was nice. Easy check-in.

Check-out at 10am is very early, especially when check in is 3pm..

Experiencia en Varese

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de tren y casi dentro del casco histórico. El departamento es pequeño pero comodo y funcional, la cama es comoda al igual que el sofá cama, las sabanas son buenas, de algodón, como asi también las toallas. Es invierno y la calefacción funciona estupendamente bien!. La cocina es casi completa, le faltaría un par de reparadores y una tostadora, por lo demás, hay cafetera, calienta agua y vajilla completa. La ducha funciona muy bien, el baño es amplio y cómodo. Resumiendo, es un muy buen apartamento para alojarse.

La comunicación fue algo trabada, cuando llegamos tuvimos problemas con la llave de entrada, pero un vecino nos explicó y pudimos solucionarlo, otra vez se nos corto la luz por tener en uso el horno y el agua caliente, y una vez mas, nos ayudo un vecino muy atento. como dije antes, un par de reparadores, bolsas extras de residuo y una tostadora no vendrían mal. Son puntos pequeños a mejorar.

piso sucio y descuidado, una cama horrible y un sofá cama pero todavía, se fue la luz del piso y estuvimos 15 horas sin luz y sin poder hacer nada, la dueña no avisó de que eso pasa regularmente, y encima no contesto hasta las 15 horas.

Excellent séjour. L''appartement est confortable et bien équipé.

La cuisine était très bien équipée. L'appartement était propre, facile à trouver.

La rue est très bruyante, mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire! Nous n'étions pas sûrs de comment trier les poubelles, peut-être mieux indiquer où jeter le verre, le métal et le plastique.
