Quite okay but could be better
Clean appartment, well equipped bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Good location - close to centre and Sacro Monte.
Kitchen should be better equipped. Sofa is not that comfortable, one side too soft, other too hard. Appartment is noisy, especially in the morning as it's next to the street. The owner should have sent the code for keys earlier, not after estimated time of arrival and be more avialable.

Schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft für zwei Personen zu kühleren Jahreszeiten.
Extrem warm, obwohl draußen angenehm kühle Temperaturen herrschten. Aufgrund der Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße war durch den Straßenlärm das öffnen der Fenster über Nacht schwierig. Das Schlafsofa war maximal für eine Person zum schlafen geeignet, da die ausgezogene Seite nur eine harte Oberfläche beinhaltete und ein erholsames schlafen unmöglich machte. Sehr schlechtes Internet. Auf Anfrage bei der Gastgeberin wurde nur darauf hingewiesen, dass bisher alles gut funktioniert hat und ev. Störungen nur Situativ aufkommen könnten. Wir hatten durchgängig über den gesamten Aufenthalt nur sehr schlecht funktionierendes Internet. Auf die Anfrage was wir da tun können, kam keine Hilfestellung. Ich musste vor Ort auch geschäftlich tätig werden und musste mich mit meinem Mobilfunkdatenvolumen über Wasser halten. Sehr schade, dass hier keine Hilfsbereitschaft vorhanden war!
