2 Appartamenti in pieno centro, completamente ristrutturati da pochi mesi. Dotati di aria condizionata e tutti i comfort. Il giovane gestore è gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento è al secondo piano di una palazzina senza ascensore. Però, il gestore gentilmente ha sopperito e ci ha aiutato molto nel trasportare i bagagli al secondo piano. All'arrivo ci è stato richiesto di pagare in anticipo la tassa di soggiorno dovuta per legge. Tuttavia, pur avendola richiesta ad oggi non ci è stata consegnata alcuna ricevuta.

Lots of space, water in the fridge and brioches were a nice touch. Loved the air conditioning in this heat.
The bathrooms had some beard hairs around the sink and some longer ones on the floor and the bedding had some small hairs on them too.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Super Badezimmer. Bett ist bequem. Klimaanlagen. Super Küche.
Plastik Stühle in der Küche sind sehr wackelig. Schrauben am Tisch wurden von uns nachgezogen. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war etwas lauter wie die in der Küche.

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato di recente e arredato con mobili nuovissimi e funzionali. Luminosissimo e dotato di ogni comfort (condizionatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, forno e piastre ad induzione), è situato in pieno centro in una zona piena di servizi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'accoglienza di persona da parte dell'host che ci ha illustrato il funzionamento di alcuni elettrodomestici della casa.
Da migliorare la connessione internet, instabile ed assente in alcuni momenti della giornata, nonché la disponibilità della tv tramite digitale terrestre. Inoltre, la collocazione dell'appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore va ben evidenziata perché non lo rende appetibile per tutti.
