Being very picky here as there’s nothing actually bad. Just some slight suggestions for the host/owner -The living area sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable to sit on for long periods if you are having an afternoon or evening in. -would be good to have washing machine instructions in English, had to use Google to translate the manual to find the delicate drying programme. -a supply of rubbish bags or bigger bins, and a guide to the rubbish system as we filled the bag and had to bother the host to find out what to do with it.

Appartamento silenzioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Ubicato a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Gestori gentili e disponibili. Gradito anche il pass per il parcheggio gratuito.

La casa è in una buona posizione, appena fuori dal centro, pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Roma ed infatti abbiamo girato sempre a piedi, mai preso un autobus o la macchina. È a pian terreno quindi nessun problema per chi non vuole o può salire le scale. Appartamento comodissimo, dotato di tutto, spazioso ed accogliente. Letto comodo, luci ben utilizzate, soffitti in pietra o travi di legno. La comunicazione col proprietario è con WhatsApp ma molto attenta ed immediata nella risposta, pronto ad aiutare su richiesta del cliente. Ogni mattina ci ha chiesto come andava e se era tutto a posto. Struttura pulitissima. Entrata autonoma molto facile, comunque vi arrivano tutte le istruzioni con relativo video. Non si può sbagliare. Il parcheggio sulla strada dove si trova la casa è facile da trovare, almeno è stato così per noi. Abbiamo fatto due itinerari fuori Modena e abbiamo ritrovato posteggio senza problemi. Il proprietario vi rilascia un documento da compilare e mettere in macchina per cui parcheggerete senza pagare. Che dire di più?
