Attentive host; very easy access and departure. Very good for our overnight stay. Ground floor level made for a cool environment amid the high summer temperatures.

The flat was spacious, very comfortable, quiet and attractive. The AC in the bedroom and living room was efficient, especially during the heatwave. The washing machine/ drier worked well. The location was convenient - a short walk to the train station, taxi rank and bus stop for Number 7 bus to take you into the centre of Modena. A longer walk past the palace, duomo and tourist information office takes you to the wonderful market to buy fresh local products. We didn’t have a car but the ability to park in the street is an advantage as there are towns in the area that would be great to visit if you have a car.

Well located, immaculate presented and clean. Well equipped. Owner in regular contact and provided all info needed. The entry method worked fine, the property is spacious and ideal for a couple. has good Air con, a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen

Being very picky here as there’s nothing actually bad. Just some slight suggestions for the host/owner -The living area sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable to sit on for long periods if you are having an afternoon or evening in. -would be good to have washing machine instructions in English, had to use Google to translate the manual to find the delicate drying programme. -a supply of rubbish bags or bigger bins, and a guide to the rubbish system as we filled the bag and had to bother the host to find out what to do with it.
